Previous Employment Verification

We are conducting an employment verification for an applicant and require your assistance with a site visit to their former employer.
Documents Provided:
Applicant’s consent letter
Employment certificate
Employment verification form for the HR representative

Site Visit Requirements:
Visit the specified workplace and present the documents to HR.
Request HR to complete the verification form and confirm the applicant’s employment details.
Take 10 geo-tagged photos showing the workplace name board: 5 outside and 5 inside, if permitted. If indoor photos are not possible, take all 10 outside.

If HR Prefers Email Verification:
Obtain the official HR/email address and share it with us. The project can then be closed based on the photos and email details.

If HR Refuses Verification:
Request an official written refusal with signature and stamp.
If unavailable, obtain the representative’s name, designation, email, and phone number, if they are willing to provide them.
