Press Opening Coverage of "Disco" Exhibition

VIDEOGRAPHER (2-person team) — Press Opening, "Disco" Exhibition

We're looking for a two-person video team to cover the press opening for one of the photographers featured in the DISCO exhibition at Wereldmuseum Amsterdam (on view Oct 10, 2026 –
Aug 22, 2027, featuring works by Andy Warhol, Keith Haring,
Kwame Brathwaite, Michael Abramson, Meryl Meisler and others).

THE GIG
- Approx. 18:00–21:00 (3 hours). Exact call time TBC once the museum
confirms logistics — timing may shift slightly, so some flexibility
is appreciated.
- Coverage: arrivals/red carpet atmosphere plus a few short interviews
inside the exhibition.
- Shoot only — no editing required. We need the raw footage.
- Press accreditation provided.

REQUIREMENTS
- Two-person team: camera operator + sound/lighting support.
- Your own 4K camera, OWN LIGHTING KIT (mandatory — this is an indoor
evening event), and your own audio gear (wireless lav/mic + recorder).
- Experience shooting events; comfortable working a press opening.

DELIVERABLES
- Raw 4K camera originals, no edit or grade, delivered within 48 hours
via WeTransfer/Dropbox or SSD handoff.
- Full buyout for our archive/press use; you're welcome to use select
clips in your reel.

BUDGET
- Up to €700 (approx. $800 USD) all-in, including VAT: your rate +
kit + travel. Please quote your all-in rate in euros.
