I need a licensed pharmacist to organise a clear, easy-to-follow schedule for my prescription medicines. The goal is to map out exact dosing times, quantities and any special instructions so I never miss or double a dose.

Here’s what I expect:
• A personalised medication timetable covering all current prescription drugs, formatted in a printable chart and a simple digital file (PDF or Excel).
• Clear guidance on storage, timing around meals, and what to do if a dose is accidentally skipped.
• A short hand-off call or chat (15-20 minutes) to walk me through the schedule and answer final questions.

All medication names, strengths and current usage notes will be supplied once we start. I’m looking for accuracy, patient-friendly language, and a quick turnaround.
