Prescription Data Entry to Excel

I will give you a batch of prescription images and PDFs and need every piece of information they contain transferred faithfully into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. Because I don’t yet have a template, I’d like you to design one that logically handles full prescription details—medicine name, strength, dosage instructions, quantity dispensed, frequency, prescriber notes and any other fields that routinely appear.

Accuracy is paramount; even the smallest typo can change a treatment plan, so I expect double-checking before you mark the file complete. The files contain private medical data, so please be comfortable working under a strict confidentiality agreement and using whatever safeguards you normally employ to protect patient information.

Deliverables:
• A reusable Excel template that covers all prescription fields
• The fully populated spreadsheet for this first batch, error-checked and ready for review
