Preparing Print-Ready Files for Existing Designs Urgent

I will provide 2 roll-up designs, 1 brochure/catalogue, and the official print specification sheets from the printing company.
The task is to prepare all files so they are fully print-ready. No redesign is required. Please keep the existing design and layout and only make the technical adjustments needed for professional printing.

Roll-Ups
Final size: 850 × 2,000 mm
According to the printer specifications, the print file including bleed should be 856 × 2006 mm, with a visible area of 850 × 1980 mm. The artwork should also respect the required safety margins.

Please check and prepare:
- Correct document size

The official technical print specification sheets will be provided to you together with the artwork. Please follow these specifications exactly when preparing the files.
The printer requires, among other things:
- PDF/X-3:2002
- CMYK
- ISO Coated v2 300%
- Fonts fully embedded or converted to paths
- Proper bleed
- Correct image resolution
