Premium Squarespace Site Consolidation and SEO Implementation

Project: Consolidate two websites into one premium Squarespace site, implement SEO/copy I've already written, and clean up scattered social media accounts.

Background: I run South Garden Service Dogs (southgardenservicedogs.com), an established Squarespace site for my premium German Shepherd training/placement business, and a separate single-page site, Elite Guardian Service Dogs (eliteguardianservicedogs.com), for my 501(c)(3) nonprofit that places service dogs with veterans and first responders. Both share the same phone number, facility, and founder, and the overlapping branding is splitting my search visibility and confusing buyers. Elite Guardian currently doesn't show up in Google at all.

The decision: Make South Garden the single public-facing site. Fold Elite Guardian in as its own dedicated 501(c)(3) program page inside South Garden — not a second site. Migrate the relevant Elite Guardian content over, then retire the old Elite Guardian site with a 301 redirect.

Audience and goal: Affluent buyers along the DC-to-Richmond/I-95 corridor purchasing premium trained German Shepherds ($15,000-$50,000 range). The primary conversion action on every page should be a booking/inquiry form submission, with phone as backup. Tone needs to be premium, trustworthy, and discreet.

What I supply: Finished page copy and SEO titles/meta descriptions for the home page, an Executive K9 consultation page, and 5-7 city landing pages, plus Elite Guardian program copy, brand facts, and updated photos/video. This is an implementation job, not a copywriting job.

What I need done (website/SEO):

Consolidate the two sites into one, build the Elite Guardian program page, set up the 301 redirect
Implement my supplied copy, SEO titles, meta descriptions, image alt text
Google Search Console setup, sitemap submission, crawl/indexing review
LocalBusiness/Organization schema (JSON-LD) via Squarespace code injection
Audit and optimize my Google Business Profile
Premium design refresh, full mobile optimization
Online booking integration (Squarespace Scheduling or Calendly) plus short lead forms on key pages
A distinct "Request a Private Executive K9 Consultation" funnel, separate from my existing free-assessment CTA
5-7 unique city landing pages (copy provided), properly internally linked to each other and the rest of the site — no duplicate/thin content
Blog structure for future content
Fix footer copyright year and a few known typos
Visible 501(c)(3)/EIN info on the Elite Guardian page
Make "Available Puppies" prominent in the main nav and homepage header
Refresh outdated photos/video with assets I provide
Consolidate two separate business email inboxes into one

What I need done (social media cleanup — one-time, not ongoing management):

Audit Facebook, both Instagram profiles, TikTok, YouTube, and X/Twitter
Identify and remove or merge duplicate/abandoned accounts
Confirm Facebook/Instagram are properly linked and cross-posting through Meta Business Suite
Standardize name, bio, contact info, and website link across every platform
Document which platforms stay active vs. go dormant
Confirm I retain admin access to everything before it's considered done

Important wording rule: for liability/insurance reasons, the visible website copy can never use the word "protection" — I use stability, secure, steady, confident, grounded instead. The word "protection" stays only in the SEO layer (page titles, meta descriptions, URL slugs), never in visible text.

Out of scope unless separately agreed: off-page SEO (backlink building, citations, outreach), reputation management, ranking guarantees, ongoing social media posting/management.

What I need in your quote: a firm fixed price, broken out separately for the website/SEO work and the social media cleanup, a proposed timeline with milestones, relevant samples (ideally premium/high-end service business sites, not just any Squarespace site), and confirmation you're comfortable working inside Squarespace — this is not a custom-code rebuild.
