Premium SaaS UI/UX Review — Website & Web App (Visual Polish Only)

We are preparing to commercially launch TeamFrame, an HR management application designed for growing UAE businesses. The product and marketing website are already developed, functional and deployed.

We are looking for an experienced B2B SaaS UI/UX designer with strong visual judgment to independently assess whether the website and application look sufficiently premium, professional and commercially credible. We have already conducted extensive functional testing. We do not need another technical QA audit.

WHAT WE NEED
Review the existing website and representative screens of the application, focusing on:
- Overall premium appearance and first impression.
- Typography, spacing, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Colours, backgrounds, cards, tables and buttons.
- Navigation and consistency between screens.
- Mobile presentation.
- Visual consistency between the marketing website and application.
- Anything that makes the product appear unfinished, generic or less valuable during a sales demonstration.

We particularly want to know whether TeamFrame looks like a professionally designed B2B SaaS product that businesses would feel confident purchasing.

EXPECTED DELIVERABLES
1. Independent verdict: Does the website and application currently look premium and ready for commercial launch? Explain what is holding them back, if anything.
2. Top 5-10 recommended improvements: Identify the most valuable visual refinements, ranked by impact. Include screenshots or clear visual references showing exactly what should change.
3. Practical visual direction: Show how the most important improvements should look, using simple annotated screenshots, visual examples or lightweight mockups. No editable Figma files are required.
4. Implementation guidance: Provide sufficient detail about typography, spacing, colours, layout and component treatment for our existing developer to implement your recommendations.
5. Priorities: Distinguish essential pre-launch improvements from optional cosmetic preferences.

We are not looking for a full redesign, new features, extensive UX research, source-code changes or a generic automated report. Our existing developer will handle implementation.

WHO SHOULD APPLY
We are specifically looking for someone who has personally designed or refined polished B2B SaaS dashboards or business web applications.
Please include:
- 1-2 examples of your own SaaS UI design work. Generic graphic design portfolios are not sufficient.

- Confirmation that you can review both the website and authenticated application.
- Your proposed turnaround time.

The application can be accessed through authorised synthetic test accounts provided after selection. Budget: $70 fixed.
