I am looking for ONE highly skilled individual AI video artist / VFX artist / motion portrait specialist to create a beautiful, photorealistic 4–5 minute vertical living portrait video as a very special gift for my mother's 70th birthday on September 27, 2026.
THIS IS A REAL DEADLINE. I need someone who is available to begin immediately and who can complete the finished project several days BEFORE September 27 so I have adequate time to load and thoroughly test the final video on the physical digital portrait display.

PROJECT VISION

The goal is to transform high-resolution family photographs into an elegant, emotionally meaningful "living portrait" that feels believable enough to hang permanently on a wall.
The people in the supplied photographs must remain unmistakably themselves. Facial identity preservation is one of the highest priorities of this project.
