Project Overview
We are developing a premium minimalist headwear brand, starting with one signature Docker Hat model.
We require a professional graphic and brand identity designer to refine our existing logo, create premium product mockups, and develop woven brand and care label artwork.
The designer will collaborate with our separate headwear product designer, who will supply three approved subtle variations of the same signature Docker Hat, featuring different colours, materials and design details.
Our brand direction is minimalist, premium, timeless, modern and understated.
Scope 1 — Logo Design & Brand Identity
Use our existing approved logo as the reference and foundation.
Conduct initial sketch exploration.
Present two curated logo concepts, each with primary and secondary treatments (four concept visuals total).
Develop one approved primary and one secondary logo treatment.
Provide colour and monochrome variations.
Include one optional live logo refinement session of up to 60 minutes after initial concept approval, counting within the included revision rounds.
Supply SVG, PDF, transparent PNG and editable vector source files.
Provide appropriate commercial font and asset licensing documentation.
Include two consolidated revision rounds.
All final artwork requires client approval.
Scope 2 — Woven Brand Label & Care Label
Design one woven brand label and one care label artwork set.
Provide placement guidance.
Coordinate technical specifications, dimensions and placement with our headwear product designer and manufacturer.
Supply final approved label artwork suitable for production.
Include two consolidated revision rounds.
Scope 3 — Premium Docker Hat Mockups
Create digital mockups for three approved subtle variations of one signature Docker Hat, supplied by our product designer.
Each variation will have one approved colourway and five presentation views:
Front view
Side view
Back view
Model/lifestyle view
Store/e-commerce presentation view
Total: 15 high-resolution digital mockup visuals.
Deliverables:
High-resolution JPG/PNG images.
PDF presentation.
Accurate representation of approved designs, colours, materials and logo placement.
Consistent premium visual presentation.
Two consolidated revision rounds.
Editable mockup source files, custom 3D modelling and physical photography are excluded.
Timeline & Coordination
The project is expected to take approximately 3–4 weeks:
Week 1: Logo exploration and refinement.
Week 2: Hat and label design coordination.
Week 3: Creation and finalisation of 15 digital mockups.
Week 4: Final review, written approval and file delivery.
The timeline depends on timely feedback and receipt of approved product designs.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All approved final original artwork and transferable commercial rights will be assigned exclusively to the client upon full payment.
The designer must ensure the work is original and does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
No generative AI artwork is permitted.
Any commercial fonts or third-party assets must be appropriately licensed.
All project information, designs and unreleased brand materials must remain confidential.
Physical hat design, technical packs, sampling and manufacturing are managed separately.
Payment & Milestones
This is a fixed-price project managed through Freelancer.com.
Milestone 1 — 50% (£300): Funded before work begins.
Milestone 2 — 50% (£300): Released only after all agreed final design files have been delivered, reviewed, checked and formally approved by the client.
Payment, intellectual property ownership and final deliverables are subject to the signed bilingual freelance services agreement.
Any additional services or charges must be agreed in writing before proceeding.
