• A photographed or video-recorded pre-production sample confirms edge finish, merrow/laser cut quality, and exact Pantone match.
• Once approved, you produce the full run, apply the agreed backing (iron-on or Velcro, whichever you can supply), pack in moisture-safe bags, and arrange international shipping with tracking.

Acceptance criteria:
• No fraying after 20 wash cycles at 40 °C.
• Colours match provided Pantone codes within ΔE ≤ 2.
• Stitch lines remain sharp around curved baseball script lettering.
• Each patch arrives flat, with backing fully bonded and ready for immediate heat-press or sew-on use.
