Prelaunch Strategy for SŌMA Atelier

Marketing Prelaunch Consultant for Premium Beauty / Wellness Brand
We are launching SŌMA Atelier, a premium beauty and wellness brand inspired by ancient rituals and modern luxury.

The brand is currently in prelaunch phase:
- Shopify website is already live
- Founders List is active
- Instagram and TikTok have just been created
- Product development is still in progress
- We are validating which 1–2 products should enter first production

We are looking for a marketing consultant or strategist with experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, luxury ecommerce, Shopify, Instagram, TikTok and prelaunch campaigns.

This is not just a “social media posting” job.

We need someone who can help us build a clear 30-day prelaunch marketing plan, create a content strategy, define organic and paid campaign structure, and help us validate product interest before production.

Main goals:
1. Build the first Instagram/TikTok content plan from zero.
2. Create a 30-day prelaunch calendar.
3. Define content pillars for a premium beauty/wellness brand.
4. Plan Reels, TikToks, carousels and stories.
5. Help grow the Founders List.
6. Define how to measure interest by product.
7. Recommend which product/s should be prioritized for first production based on data.
8. Prepare a light Meta/TikTok ads testing plan.

Deliverables required:
- 30-day marketing calendar
- 10 Reel/TikTok concepts
- 5 carousel/post concepts
- 20 story ideas
- Founder List growth strategy
- Organic growth strategy for a new account with 0 followers
- Basic paid ads testing plan
- KPI dashboard / metrics to track
- Final recommendation framework for product validation

Ideal candidate:
- Experience with beauty, skincare, wellness or luxury brands
- Experience launching brands from zero
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content
- Experience with Shopify ecommerce
- Experience with prelaunch or waitlist campaigns
- Able to think strategically, not only execute posts
- Fluent in English
- Spanish is a plus, but not required
