I have a run of steel components—each between ¼" and ½" thick—that must be joined with clean, repeatable seams. Because several of the pieces are tight-tolerance, contour-cut parts, I need someone comfortable switching between MIG for longer linear beads and TIG when the geometry gets intricate.

All joints will be in mild steel, no aluminum or stainless involved. The end goal is distortion-free assemblies ready for machining, so tidy heat control and minimal rework are essential. If you own calibrated measuring tools and can document settings for future batches, that’s a plus.

Deliverables
• Fully welded steel parts, visually inspected and free of warping
• Brief record of amperage, wire/filler, and gas flow settings used on each joint

I can ship the cut blanks to your shop or, if you are local, drop them off in person. Let me know your estimated turnaround time once you see the drawings.
