Precise Word-to-PDF Conversion

I have one Microsoft Word document that I need delivered back to me as a PDF identical in every visible way to the original. All existing styles, fonts, margins, spacing, and colour choices must transfer perfectly, and I want the images, charts, tables, page numbers, and headers/footers to keep their exact positions and clarity.

Please use whatever conversion tool or workflow you trust most (Adobe Acrobat, Word’s native export, or another professional solution) as long as the end result passes these checks:

• Layout, fonts, and spacing match the Word file pixel-for-pixel.
• Images and charts retain resolution and remain in the same spots.
• Tables look the same, with borders and cell spacing intact.
• Page numbers and header/footer content appear on the correct pages.
