Precise Word to PDF Conversion

I will provide a set of Word documents that already contain structured headings and pre-formatted page numbers. Each file must be converted to PDF so that the text flow, margins, and overall page layout mirror the originals line-for-line. The page numbers in the PDFs need to appear in exactly the same position as they do in Word—no shifting, resizing, or re-flowing.

Adobe Acrobat, Nitro PDF, or an equivalent professional converter is fine to use as long as the final PDFs open cleanly in any standard PDF reader without warnings or font substitutions.

Deliverables
• One PDF for each Word file, named identically except for the .pdf extension
• Verification that page counts, page breaks, and page-number placement match the source documents

I will spot-check every file on delivery; full payment will be released once each PDF aligns perfectly with its Word counterpart. Feel free to ask if you need a sample file in advance.
