I have a batch of text-based materials that must be transferred accurately into digital form. All source content is already provided; I simply need each item keyed in and laid out cleanly in Microsoft Word or, where appropriate, Excel. No formulas or complex formatting—just flawless transcription, consistent styling, and strict attention to spelling, punctuation, and spacing.

Because this is a straight data-entry assignment, speed is important, but accuracy is non-negotiable. I will run random spot checks against the originals, so please work with care and double-check before submitting each file.

When you apply, focus on your previous experience handling similar text data entry tasks. A brief note on the size or complexity of projects you have completed is more useful to me than a generic proposal. If you can share a sample page that demonstrates your precision, even better.
