I have between one and fifty scanned documents that need to be reproduced in Microsoft Word with perfect fidelity. Every table, heading, paragraph break, and special character must appear exactly as it does in the original scans, and I expect 100 % accuracy confirmed through a second pass or double-entry method.

You will receive high-resolution image files (PDF or JPEG). Your job is to:

• Transcribe the content into a clean, editable Word file, preserving original formatting.
• Run a thorough cross-check against the scan to eliminate typos, omissions, and spacing issues.
• Deliver the final .docx files ready for immediate use—no extra cleanup on my side.

Acceptance criteria: the Word version must match the source line-for-line and pass my spot-check without a single discrepancy.
