Precise Restoration of Vintage Shiva Painting

I need precise manual Photoshop restoration of an old vintage Shiva painting.
I have the original/master photograph of the painting and a second clean reference photograph of the same painting. The first image must remain the master image.
I only want the hand-applied decorations/shringar removed from the first image by carefully reconstructing the original painting underneath using the second image as reference.
Please remove ONLY:
The large flower garland around Shiva
The “श्री राम” writing on Shiva's chest
Extra Tripundra/tilak markings applied by hand in different places
The additional crescent/moon decoration placed on Shiva's head
The sandalwood/chandan paste applied in a circular shape around the halo
The “RD” marking near Shiva's feet
Any other clearly hand-applied chandan/kumkum markings visible in the first image
Do NOT change anything else. Do not alter Shiva's face, facial expression, skin colour, body, hair, original crescent, halo, Nandi, trident, snake, damru, clothes, jewellery, mountains, sky, background, lighting, colours, painting texture, frame or composition.
The final result should look like the original unadorned painting, as shown in the second reference image.
Important: This must be done with careful manual Photoshop editing, cloning/healing and texture reconstruction. No AI regeneration, AI repainting or generative replacement. I want the original painting preserved as much as possible.
Before doing the complete job, please show me a small sample edit of one of the marked areas so I can check the quality.
Image quality and original vintage texture are extremely important. Please do not reduce quality or make the painting look digitally generated.
IMPORTANT: The first uploaded image is the MASTER IMAGE and must be edited directly. The second uploaded image is ONLY a REFERENCE IMAGE. Do not copy the second image's face, colours, skin tone, lighting, details, or any other differences into the master image. Use the second image only to understand what the original painting looked like underneath the hand-applied decorations. The final image must remain the first image in every respect, except for removal of the added shringar/markings listed below.
Remove ONLY these additions from the master image: the flower garland, “श्री राम” writing, extra Tripundra markings, the additional crescent/moon, the circular chandan paste around/behind the halo, and the “RD” marking near the feet. Do not alter anything else in the master image.
