I have a set of product PDFs, photos, and other scanned documents that need to be transcribed into a single Excel sheet. Your job is straightforward but demands perfect accuracy: pull the product name, price, and full description exactly as they appear—no rewriting, spelling fixes, or formatting changes.

I will supply:
• A folder containing every scan and PDF
• A blank Excel template with three labeled columns (Name, Price, Description)

What I expect back:
• The completed spreadsheet with each product entered on its own row
• Any items missing information clearly flagged (highlight the row or add a short note in an extra column)
