Precise PDF-to-Word Conversion

I need a set of searchable, English-language PDFs transferred into fully editable Word (.docx) files. Because the originals are already text-based, I’m expecting a flawless copy-and-paste or export—no OCR guesswork—followed by a careful pass to be sure every heading, paragraph break, table, image, and page number looks and reads exactly like the source. Spacing, fonts, and any embedded hyperlinks should carry over so the Word versions are ready for immediate use without extra cleanup on my end.
