Precise PDF-to-Word Conversion

I have a set of PDFs that must be re-typed into fully editable Word documents with absolute accuracy. Every character, space, and line break needs to mirror the source so the finished file can be used for further editing without any hidden formatting glitches.

What I need from you:
• A clean .docx version of each PDF, proof-read for typos and consistent spacing.
• Fonts, bold/italics, indents, and any tables or simple graphics reproduced so the layout feels identical when someone opens the Word file.
• A quick note flagging any element that couldn’t be replicated perfectly (for instance, if the original scan is too fuzzy to read in one spot).
