You are free to use the tools you’re most comfortable with—OCR in Adobe Acrobat, manual typing in Word, or a mix—so long as the end result is spotless. Before sending it back, please do a quick proofread against the original PDF to catch stray line breaks, misspellings, or formatting slips.
