My cloud-based accounting database is ready to receive several months of financial records that currently sit outside the system. Secure web credentials will be supplied so you can work directly in the live environment and record each entry exactly as it appears in the source material.

The job involves:
• Keying every figure, date, payee, and reference number into the correct ledger fields.
• Matching or creating categories where none exist, without altering existing account structures.
• Flagging duplicate or ambiguous items so I can confirm them quickly.
• Running a final balance check and exporting a simple reconciliation report so we can see that totals align with my bank statements.

Accuracy, confidentiality, and a clear audit trail are essential; speed is secondary to getting every cell right the first time. Familiarity with typical accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar browser-based ERPs will make the process smoother, but the workflow is straightforward for anyone experienced in financial data entry.
