Precise Notes-to-Word Conversion

I have a set of handwritten notes—pure text with a few hand-drawn tables—and I need them reproduced in Microsoft Word exactly as they appear on the page. The text must follow the same order and layout, and every table has to be rebuilt so it mirrors the handwritten version line for line and column for column.

You will receive clear scans of each page. Simply type the text, recreate each table using Word’s table tools, and keep the overall flow identical to the original notes. No extra formatting or re-structuring is required; fidelity to the source is the priority.

Deliverable: a single .docx file that matches the handwriting in content, table structure, and page sequence.
