Precise English Copy Typing

I have a set of English-language documents that must be re-typed exactly as they appear. Every heading, paragraph break, bullet point, table, and font style needs to remain intact, so when I open the finished file it should mirror the source page for page.

Your task is simple but detail-heavy: reproduce the content with zero spelling errors while preserving the original formatting. I will supply clear scans of each page; you return an editable Word file (and a matching PDF if possible) that looks identical to the original. Accuracy in both text and layout is the priority, so please proofread before delivery.

If this sounds straightforward for you, let me know your turnaround time and any relevant experience with copy typing or document layout.
