I need to confirm the authenticity of one candidate’s academic credentials as part of our hiring process in Grenoble. The scope is limited to educational qualifications verification only—no criminal or employment checks are required.

After contract start, I will forward copies of the diplomas and the candidate’s signed consent. Your task is to reach out to the issuing school(s) or university registrar, obtain direct confirmation of enrolment dates, program name, and award status, and then compile a concise report in English for my compliance file.

Deliverables
• Official confirmation from the institution (email, stamped letter, or registrar’s statement)
• Verification report including contact details of the official source, method used, date/time, and supporting evidence (screenshot, scan, or call log)
• Completion within 3 business days of receiving the candidate information

Acceptance criteria
– Evidence comes from an authorised representative or records office
– All data handling follows GDPR and local privacy rules
– Report is clear, factual, and ready to share with auditors
