Pre Employment Vetting & Membership Project, Paris-France.

I’m looking for an individual in Paris to run reliable pre-hire checks and, through a linked membership area, manage every report in one place.

The core of the project is a workflow that can deliver three essentials on every candidate:
• Background checks
• Reference verification
• Credential validation

I need you to design the process, recommend (or integrate) the right data sources/APIs, and present the findings inside a secure, employer-only portal. The membership element should let an HR manager create an account, purchase vetting packages, track the status of each case and download completed reports. Automatic renewals or broader engagement tools can be added later, so build with extensibility in mind.

Key deliverables
1. A written blueprint of the end-to-end vetting workflow, tailored to French regulations.
2. A functional prototype (web or low-code platform is fine) showing employer sign-up, order placement and report retrieval.
3. Clean, well-commented code or configuration files plus a short hand-over video.

Acceptance criteria
• All three check types trigger correctly and return sample data.
• Employer dashboard is password protected and mobile responsive.
• Documentation is clear enough for a developer to build on.
