We're an established B2B software company serving the insurance industry: independent retail agencies, MGAs, wholesalers and program administrators. We'll share our company name with shortlisted firms.

We're looking for a PR firm or senior PR consultant to earn coverage in the insurance trade press and build our profile in insurtech.

What we need:
- Media relations with insurance and insurtech trade publications (for example Insurance Journal, Carrier Management, Insurance Business, PropertyCasualty360, Digital Insurance, Coverager, Independent Agent, Program Business)
- Press releases for product launches, customer wins and partnerships, written and pitched to editors (not just wire distribution)
- Bylined articles and expert commentary placed for our executives
- Speaking slots, podcasts and award submissions in the insurance industry
- Monthly reporting: coverage earned, links, reach, and pitches in progress

Requirements:
- Proven PR experience in insurance, insurtech, fintech or B2B SaaS, with recent coverage you secured
- Existing relationships with insurance trade editors and reporters
- Earned media only. No pay-to-play placements, sponsored posts passed off as editorial, or press release spam networks
- US market focus; overlap with US business hours

Engagement: 3-month pilot on a monthly retainer, with ongoing work if results are there.

To apply, include:
1. 3-5 pieces of coverage you secured for insurance, fintech or B2B software clients in the last 12 months (links)
2. Which insurance publications and editors you've worked with
3. Your plan for the first 90 days
4. Your monthly retainer and what it includes

Proposals that don't answer these will be skipped.
