PowerPoint Copy Digital Text into Slides

I have a series of digital text files that need to be turned into a clear, visually consistent PowerPoint deck of roughly 21–30 slides. Accuracy comes first: every word in the source files must appear exactly as written, with correct spacing, punctuation, and slide breaks that make sense for readability.

Because I haven’t settled on a look and feel yet, part of the job is guiding me toward an appropriate design. I’m open to modern, minimalist, or corporate-friendly themes, so long as the template is easy to read, uses a coherent colour palette, and keeps headings, body text, and any call-outs visually distinct. If you have access to premium template libraries or create custom layouts in PowerPoint 365, please say so when you bid.

Deliverables
• A fully editable .pptx file (21–30 slides) with the copied text formatted to the agreed-upon template
• A PDF export of the same deck for quick review
• Font files or download links if non-standard fonts are used

Acceptance criteria
• Text matches the digital source exactly—no omissions or typos
• Consistent typography, colour scheme, and slide masters throughout
• All slides display correctly on both Windows and macOS versions of PowerPoint

If you can turn this around promptly while paying close attention to detail and design harmony, this project should be straightforward and quick to sign off.
