Power Query Revenue Forecast Model

I need a streamlined Excel workbook, built around Power Query, that projects our revenue based solely on the market analysis reports we receive each week. The idea is to load those reports, transform and cleanse them through repeatable Power Query steps, and funnel the result into a clear forecasting model—charts, pivot tables, and any DAX-driven measures you feel improve readability are welcome, but keep everything inside Excel so my team can follow the logic.

The workflow should let me drop a fresh report into a folder every Monday, hit refresh, and immediately see updated projections for the coming months. No manual copy-pasting; all connections and calculations need to refresh automatically.

Deliverables
• An unlocked .xlsx file containing the Power Query routines, forecasting calculations, and a concise dashboard page
• Brief setup notes so I can point the queries to a new file path if our folder structure changes

Acceptance criteria
• A single-click refresh populates the model with the latest market report and updates all visuals
• Forecast accuracy tested with at least two historical data drops I’ll provide during review
• Queries are clearly named and free of hard-coded file paths or credentials
