Power BI Self-Service Deployment Docs

I have completed an Airbnb price-trend report in Power BI and now need it packaged so the team can use and maintain it without my help.

First, embed a concise, data-analyst-focused user guide directly inside the PowerBI file. This guide must walk readers through page navigation, running a manual refresh, and interpreting the What-If scenarios. A second page (or a linked PDF if unavoidable) should describe the full data-refresh workflow so analysts can troubleshoot on their own.

Next, document the solution’s internals. I need clear, well-commented notes on:
• Data transformation processes in Power Query (highest priority)
• Table relationships and key field purposes
• All DAX measures, calculated columns, and the What-If parameter logic

Publishing comes last: move the polished .pbix to my Power BI Service workspace, wire up the gateway, and schedule automatic refresh so the listings data stays current.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. User guide pages present within the .pbix and readable in Service view
2. A separate text or Markdown export of the technical documentation for version control
3. Scheduled refresh succeeding twice in a row after hand-over

The goal is a true self-service Power BI solution that lets analysts explore Airbnb pricing, test occupancy or pricing changes, and base decisions on always-fresh insights.
