Power BI Forecast Dashboard

I need a couple Power BI dashboards that compares our forecast numbers to actuals, with data coming from a single Excel or CSV file. The file will live in a fixed folder; every time I overwrite it with an updated version, the model should refresh automatically—no extra clicks or re-mapping.

The report must show:
• an overall forecast-versus-actual summary,
• interactive breakdowns by product, region, and team,
• trend charts that let me switch between daily, weekly, and monthly views.

Please build this in Power BI Desktop, use clear DAX measures for variance and % difference, and design the visuals so anyone can understand performance at a glance. Keep the data model tidy and well-labeled so future edits are simple.

Deliverables
• PBIX file with finished visuals, measures, and folder-based connection.
• An empty template copy (if needed) ready for new data.
• A short guide or screen-recording that shows exactly how to replace the source file and refresh the dashboard.
