Power BI Dashboard Enhancements

I have a working .pbix file and all the data we need is already inside it—no external connections or new sources are required. My goal is to turn this report into a reliable control center that lets me monitor operations and team performance for our telecom activities.

Here is what I’d like done:

• Fix any charts that are currently broken or displaying incorrect results, keeping them tied to the existing data model.
• Update several visuals so they reflect the latest calculation logic and business rules.
• Add clear, actionable KPIs that focus on the day-to-day metrics of telecom operations—workload, task completion, turnaround time, service quality, attendance, and related performance indicators.
• Design a few new report pages that bring these KPIs together in a clean, easy-to-scan layout.

Acceptance criteria: every existing page must load error-free; new measures and visuals must draw exclusively from the current dataset; navigation should feel intuitive; and the finished file should be returned as an updated .pbix along with any key DAX notes.
