I have several Excel workbooks that are updated regularly and I want their contents to flow straight into a set of polished Power BI reports without manual effort each week. The job is to use Power Query to pull, clean and model the data, then build a collection of reports and dashboards that refresh automatically and surface the key insights I need.

The visuals should be laid out logically, with slicers that let me filter by date and category, and each figure must reconcile perfectly with the source files so I can trust the numbers at a glance. I will give you a folder path for the Excel sources, sample files, and a brief on the metrics that matter most.

Deliverables:
• A .pbix file connected to the Excel folder via Power Query, with all steps documented in the query pane
• At least one dashboard page summarising KPIs and a few detailed report pages that drill down into the underlying data
• Scheduled refresh instructions (or gateway setup notes) so the visuals stay current without manual intervention
• Short hand-off video or notes explaining how to add new files to the folder and extend the model if needed

The solution must rely solely on Power BI Desktop and the standard Power BI service; no third-party visuals are required unless they come from Microsoft AppSource. Accuracy, clean layout, and refresh reliability are the main acceptance criteria.
