Power BI Business Performance Dashboard

I need a clean, executive-ready Power BI dashboard that tracks our overall business performance straight from a set of Excel workbooks I’ll provide. The files contain weekly figures for sales, costs, and a few operational numbers; they remain in the same structure every week, so the model has to refresh effortlessly whenever I drop in new data.

What I’m looking for is a single, interactive view with high-level KPIs up top—trend lines, variance indicators, and colour-coded status—plus the ability to drill through to underlying details. Slicers for date range and department, thoughtfully placed tooltips, and consistent company branding are must-haves. Good DAX practices, tidy Power Query steps, and fast load times matter just as much as the visuals.

Deliverables
• A .pbix file wired to the Excel sources and ready for refresh
• One main KPI page and supporting detail pages as needed
• Brief hand-off notes or a quick Loom walkthrough explaining refresh and maintenance
