Power Apps Request Management Portal

I want to centralise several day-to-day forms into one easy-to-use Power Apps solution that sits neatly inside our M365 environment. Every employee should be able to open the app from Teams, SharePoint, or their phone, submit a request, and watch its progress without chasing emails or wondering who has to approve what next.

Scope of the forms
• HR & travel: leave, travel, and expense requests with multi-step approvals and policy-driven limits.
• IT & equipment: service desk tickets, new-device requests, swap-outs, and asset tagging.
• Visitor & customer: simple check-in/out or feedback forms that staff can raise on behalf of external guests.

Core requirements
• Built on Power Apps, backed by SharePoint Online lists (I’m open to Dataverse if you feel it adds value).
• Clean, responsive screens that resize for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Role-based security so users only see their own submissions while managers have an overview of their team.
• Power Automate workflows for approvals, reminders, and automatic status emails or Teams notifications.
• Search, filter, and export capabilities for auditors or HR.
• A dashboard or basic Power BI report that shows volumes, bottlenecks, and turnaround times.

Deliverables
1. Fully functioning Power Apps app covering the three form groups above.
2. All underlying SharePoint lists (or Dataverse tables) and Power Automate flows.
3. A concise deployment guide plus a short hand-over call or video walkthrough so we can maintain the app internally.
