I’m ready to turn our spreadsheet-driven order workflow into a fully fledged model-driven Power Apps solution inside Microsoft 365. The goal is a central Order Management System that lets staff view and update inventory in real time, keep clean customer records, and ultimately track each order from creation through fulfilment—without ever leaving the app.

Scope of work
• Build a model-driven app in Dataverse with custom tables for Orders, Order Lines, Inventory Items, and Customers, plus any supporting lookup tables you feel are necessary.
• Configure forms, views, and dashboards so sales, warehouse, and finance teams see only the fields they need.
• Set up business process flows and validation rules that stop incomplete orders from moving forward.
• Implement role-based security and field-level permissions that respect our existing Azure AD groups.
• Provide concise documentation and a brief hand-over session so my in-house admin can maintain the app long term.

Acceptance criteria
• App loads and functions on desktop, tablet, and mobile without obvious layout issues.
• Inventory quantity automatically decrements when an order is marked fulfilled and blocks new orders when stock reaches zero.
• Customer data edits in the app are reflected instantly in Dataverse and vice-versa.
• All custom tables, columns, and flows are clearly named and commented, following Microsoft best practices.

If you’ve built model-driven apps for inventory or customer management before and are comfortable shaping Dataverse tables, I’d love to see examples and discuss timelines.
