Power Apps Employee Analytics Dashboard

I want a Microsoft Power Apps canvas app that focuses on employee-related reporting and analytics. The core of the build is a clean, interactive dashboard that surfaces key HR metrics—headcount trends, turnover, tenure, and any other insights you can suggest once you see the data.

Source data will arrive from our existing SharePoint lists; if you prefer Dataverse I’m open to a quick migration so long as performance and refresh stay solid. The app should:
• load the employee list quickly,
• calculate the main KPIs on the fly, and
• present them in a single-screen dashboard with drill-through views for deeper analysis.

Navigation needs to stay simple: a landing page that summarizes metrics at a glance and a detail view that opens when a chart segment is tapped. No complex forms, approvals, or multi-step workflows—pure reporting.

Acceptance criteria
• Dashboard renders correctly on desktop, tablet, and phone layouts.
• All metrics recalculate automatically when the underlying SharePoint list is updated.
• No delegation warnings for queries up to 5,000 records.
• Solution handed over in my tenant with clear documentation and a short Loom walkthrough.
