Power Apps Developer Needed: End-to-End Project Management System with PMO Approvals

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform developer to design and build a complete Project Management application in Power Apps. The app must cover the full project lifecycle, from project request submission and PMO approval through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

The solution must include: project request intake with a multi-level PMO approval workflow; stage-gate lifecycle management; project charter, milestones, and tasks; risk register, issue log, change requests, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and decisions; stakeholder register with power/interest analysis; resource and team member management with allocation tracking; budget tracking; periodic status reports with RAG indicators; document management; project closure and lessons learned; Power BI portfolio dashboards; role-based security; and automated notifications through Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
