PostgreSQL REST API Development

I need a solid PostgreSQL-backed RESTful API to drive the Solar TwinPro web application. Your task is to design the database schema and expose clean, versioned endpoints that cover full CRUD functionality for each core resource in the system.

The web front-end will consume JSON, so consistent status codes and clear error handling are important. Please structure the project so it can be deployed easily (Docker preferred, but I am open to other simple approaches) and include concise documentation; an OpenAPI/Swagger spec is ideal so the front-end team can plug in without guesswork.

Deliverables
• PostgreSQL schema (DDL) and seed data
• REST endpoints covering create, read, update, delete for all defined entities
• Environment and run instructions (e.g., Dockerfile or setup script)
• API documentation generated from the codebase

I will validate the work by spinning up the service locally, running sample requests, and checking that responses match the documentation. If everything passes these checks, the milestone is complete.
