Post-Wedding Venue Cleanup Crew

Our reception ends late Saturday and I need the space returned to its pre-event state before Monday. The venue is medium-sized (between 1,000 – 5,000 sq ft) with hardwood floors, two small bathrooms, tables, chairs and plenty of dishes, books and décor items that must be packed for pick-up.
All cleaning supplies—including broom, dustpan, gloves, towels, soap and packing materials—will be waiting on-site, so you only have to show up ready to work.
Key tasks and final condition
• Sweep (no mopping) the hardwood throughout the main hall and both bathrooms.
• Clean all plates, glass bottles, silverware and other tableware, then dry, wrap and box them so we can collect later.
• Collapse and stack tables, fold and rack chairs.
• Remove flower arrangements and any disposable décor.
• Bag all trash; we will haul it away.
To make things easy, I’ll send reference photos of the empty venue the day before, plus day-of shots so you can see exactly how it should look when finished.
Looking forward to talking.
Best,
Spencer
