Post-Construction Deep Clean

I need an urgent after-builders clean throughout my newly finished 4 × 3 home. The build has left fine dust on most surfaces, splashes of paint on glass and frames, and general grime in the wet areas, so I am looking for a team that can complete all of the following in one visit:

• Windows & glass doors – full inside-out clean plus removal of paint specks and silicone smears.
• Toilets & bathrooms – scrub, descale and sanitise every fixture, tile and screen so the rooms are guest-ready.
• Kitchen & laundry cupboards – wipe out all shelving, remove construction dust, polish external panels and hardware.
• General paint removal – stray drips on skirting boards, floors and other hard surfaces must be safely lifted without damage.

Please bring your own professional equipment, ladders for the high windows, and construction-grade vacuum cleaners with HEPA filters to keep the dust down. Environment-friendly chemicals are preferred but I am flexible as long as the finish is spotless.

I will hand over the keys at 8 a.m. and expect the property to be ready for move-in the same day, so accurate time estimates are important. Include photos or a brief outline of past after-build cleans you have completed when you reply; seeing similar results will help me decide quickly.
