I’m expanding my survival–exploration game and need a talented 3D artist to create a first batch of original, post-apocalyptic buildings. The look is worn-down and lived-in: cracked concrete, makeshift repairs, rusted sheet metal, debris scattered inside and out. Nothing can be kit-bashed from marketplaces or pre-made packs—the designs must be completely your own so we can protect the game’s unique identity.

For this initial milestone I want three functional categories covered: homes and shelters, shops or other public spaces, plus larger industrial buildings or warehouses. Each structure has to be fully explorable, so I’ll need both exterior shells and believable interiors with storytelling details (broken furniture, improvised lighting, environmental damage, etc.). Players will be able to enter, search, and scavenge, so walkable layouts and properly scaled doorways, stairs, and collision are essential.

To keep integration smooth I work in Unity with a standard PBR pipeline. If you build in Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max that’s fine—just export clean FBX files with packed 2-4K texture sets (albedo, normal, metallic, roughness/ao). Modular pieces are welcome as long as the end result still looks like a specific, recognizable building.

Deliverables
• 1 home/shelter, 1 shop/public building, 1 industrial/warehouse—all original meshes
• Fully modeled interiors and exteriors, game-ready UVs, PBR textures
• Unity-ready prefabs or organized FBX + texture folders
• Preview renders and a short in-engine walkthrough video for review

If this first set matches the quality bar, I’d love to keep you on for additional locations as the world expands. Let me know your typical turnaround time and any portfolio examples that fit this gritty, decayed aesthetic, and we can get started right away.
