Positive Reviews

I want to strengthen our online reputation by personally reaching out to customers who have just enjoyed a great experience with us. You will call each person on the list I supply, thank them for their recent visit, and then invite them to leave an honest public review—ideally a five-star one—on the specific platform I note for that customer.

From time to time I will also flag a negative review. When that happens, you will phone the reviewer, listen to their concern, and, when appropriate, ask whether they would consider updating or removing the post after we resolve the issue.

All outreach must be done by phone; no texts or emails. A friendly, confident voice and clear English are essential. I will provide a short call script, but I’m happy for you to adjust your wording as long as the spirit stays the same: warm, respectful, and focused on securing the review.

Deliverables I need from you:
• A simple daily log showing whom you called, whether you reached them, the outcome (review posted, follow-up needed, review removed, etc.), and a direct link to any new review.
