Portuguese Support Assistant

I need a fluent Brazilian-Portuguese speaker who can jump into our WhatsApp and Instagram inboxes for a minimum of two hours each day, any time between 22h00 and 06h00 (UTC-3). During that window you will:

• Reply instantly to new prospects, sharing course details and enrollment links.
• Assist current students with access issues, content questions, or general guidance.

You’ll have a well-organized FAQ and answer bank; only edge-case questions should be forwarded to my team so we can keep response times tight.

Consistency matters more than total hours, so pick the two-hour slot(s) that fit your life, just keep them inside the overnight window above. Messages must be answered in clear, friendly Brazilian Portuguese, using the informal yet professional tone our brand is known for.

Daily Deliverables
• Inbox cleared before you clock out
• Quick note summarizing unusual cases escalated to the team

If you already manage social DMs, enjoy late-night work, and type fast in Portuguese, let’s talk.
