Portuguese Property Marketplace Development

I want to launch a fully-functioning online marketplace that lets users list and browse both residential and commercial offmarket properties anywhere in Portugal. The users will be only real estate agents and no transactions will be done through the platform. The platform must handle account creation, property listings with photos and geolocation, advanced search and filter options, secure messaging between parties, and bilingual support (English & Portuguese) from day one.

The build needs to be clean, fast, and ready to go live within a month, so a streamlined tech stack and an agile approach are essential. Deliverables (all must be met for acceptance):
• Responsive web marketplace deployed to my hosting

• Admin dashboard to manage listings, users, and fees

• Payment or escrow module ready for integration (even if sandbox)

• Basic GDPR-compliant data handling and cookie banner

• Brief hand-over document plus recorded walkthrough

I’m open to your choice of framework (Laravel, Django, Node, React, etc.) as long as the final product is reliable, scalable, and easy for a non-technical owner to maintain.
