Portfolio Website Development Needed

This is a web-development project: I need a modern, responsive portfolio site that presents my work clearly and professionally on both desktop and mobile screens. The site should open with a clean landing page, flow into separate sections for projects, about-me details, and contact information, and finish with an easy-to-use form so visitors can reach out without leaving the page. Smooth scrolling, subtle animation, and fast load times are priorities.

Preferred stack is HTML5, CSS3, and lightweight JavaScript or a familiar framework such as React or Next.js—whichever lets you keep code clean and performance high. A simple CMS hook (WordPress headless, Netlify CMS, or similar) is welcome if it means I can update text and images myself later without touching code.

Deliverables
• Fully coded portfolio site (source files and deployed version)
• Setup instructions or short video walk-through so I can perform future edits
• One revision round after first hand-off

Acceptance criteria
• Responsive layout passes Google Mobile-Friendly Test
• PageSpeed Insights score 90+ on both mobile and desktop
• All contact-form submissions arrive in my email inbox with basic spam protection

Timelines and milestones are flexible as long as communication is clear and progress visible in a shared repo.
