Populate Shopify Car Parts Catalog

I run a Shopify store focused on automotive replacement parts and accessories and I’m ready to expand the catalog quickly. All items are physical products and I already have a dedicated supplier who provides SKU lists, wholesale pricing, basic specs, and high-resolution images.

Your role is to turn that raw material into fully optimised product listings inside my Shopify admin. Each listing should include clear titles, variant options (model, year, fitment, colour where applicable), persuasive yet accurate descriptions, clean imagery, SEO-friendly tags, and correct shipping details. I’ll give you access to the supplier sheet, Google Drive image folder, and any existing template I use for formatting so you can keep everything consistent.

Deliverables I expect:
• Every SKU from the supplier sheet uploaded and published.
• Variants and collections properly mapped for easy navigation (e.g. brake pads → Honda Civic 2016-2021).
• On-page SEO: meta titles, descriptions, alt text, and keyword-rich tags that still read naturally.
• Pricing entered exactly as per my margin guide, with compare-at prices where relevant.
• Inventory levels synced with the supplier sheet so overselling is avoided.

I’ll review the first few listings as a checkpoint; once those are approved you can run through the remaining catalogue. A background in Shopify product data entry and a basic understanding of automotive terminology will make this project go smoothly.
