Our pop-punk band lives on stage, but we need that same energy pulsing through YouTube. The channel is our main focus and music videos are the priority, so I’m after someone who can take raw performance footage, polish it into compelling official releases, and optimize each upload for reach.
What I expect from you
• A clear production plan that turns our recordings into eye-catching music videos, complete with on-brand graphics, subtitles where they add punch, and the pacing pop-punk fans crave.
• End-to-end handling of the YouTube side: thumbnails that stand out, keyword-rich descriptions, cards, end screens, and a posting schedule designed to trigger the algorithm.
• Creative flair that reflects the genre—fast cuts, bold colour grading, and a feel for when to linger on a riff or slash to the drum fill.
• Advice on cross-promoting each release to Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Shorts if it helps momentum, though the core deliverable remains a YouTube-ready music video.
Acceptance criteria
1. Final video delivered in 4K and 1080p, H.264.
2. Thumbnail (1280×720) and three vertical clip variants (≤60 s) supplied alongside.
3. All metadata drafted and sent for approval before publishing.
4. First draft within one week of receiving raw footage; two revision rounds included.
