Pomona Construction Bid Forms Assistance

I’m finalising a construction / city-contract submission for the City of Pomona and need the bid proposal and pricing forms completed accurately and in the proper municipal format. The RFP package and blank forms are ready; what I’m missing is someone who already knows how California public-works paperwork is supposed to look.

You will:

• Populate every field in the City of Pomona bid proposal and all associated pricing schedules.
• Make sure unit prices, subtotals, and grand totals calculate correctly and match the scope language.
• Apply any standard boilerplate (company details, CSLB licence, DIR registration, etc.) and flag missing items I must supply.
• Return the forms as a clean, ready-to-submit PDF (and the editable original).

Acceptance will be based on the city procurement portal accepting the packet without revision requests.
