I’m building Vandqua into a premium line of bathroom- and kitchen-grade faucets and need a bespoke wordmark that instantly communicates modern, technical precision. The logotype will live first and foremost on the product itself—laser-engraved into stainless steel—so every curve and negative space has to hold up at small sizes, in one colour, and on reflective metal.

Here’s what I’m after: a clean, contemporary treatment of the name “Vandqua” that feels engineered rather than ornamental, yet still elegant enough to extend into future product categories. Think crisp geometry, balanced proportions, and letterforms that suggest water flow without resorting to clichés.

Because the mark must engrave flawlessly, stroke weights can’t be too delicate, counters must stay open, and overall spacing needs to remain legible when reduced. I’m happy to iterate, and there’s no hard deadline, so you’ll have room to refine.

Please share links or PDFs of previous modern-technical wordmarks or typography projects—especially any that ended up on metal, glass, or other hard surfaces. A short explanation of your creative process (research, sketches, digital refinement, testing on mock-ups) will help me see how you’d steer this project.

Deliverables I expect at completion:
• 2–3 distinct wordmark concepts with rationale
• Up to two rounds of refinements on the chosen direction
• Final artwork in AI, EPS, and SVG, plus a simple spec sheet (hex/RGB values, minimum size, clear-space rules)

Visit www.Vandqua.com if useful for context. I look forward to seeing how you’ll translate the Vandqua vision into a mark that stands tall on every faucet we make.
